Secretary

The Secretary is a key cog in Alcuin Committee that calls and sets the agenda for Committee meetings, takes & publishes minutes, and maintains the Constitution. The Secretary also manages the Marketing Officers and works with the President when approving designs and orders.

The Secretary represents Alcuin Committee on:

• College Council
• Secretarial Subcommittee as the Chair

A position holder would be expected to check their emails at least once every 24 hours, or provide notice when this won't be possible.
