BAME Officer

The BAME Officer supports Alcuin Committee on building and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive college community for black and minority ethnic students. They also act to ensure there is ample wellbeing provision within the College and wider University for this group of students.

The BAME Officer represents Alcuin Committee on:

• College Wellbeing Team Meeting
• YUSU BAME Committee
• Other Committees at the request of the YUSU, the University, or College.

A position holder would be expected to check their emails at least once every 48 hours, or provide notice when this won't be possible.
